Quality through know-how: Continuous training for first-class service

One of these initiatives is our specially developed training course on fluid management and cooling lubricants, which incorporates the combined knowledge and experience of more than 27 years and thus makes a significant contribution to the further development of our employees.
Mr. Ayyildiz is one of our division managers from the service team, who proudly received his certificate after passing a written test.
“The training covered all the important areas relating to cooling lubricants and fluid management. It was also very good that topics such as safety and environmental protection were emphasized,” said Mr. Ayyildiz on his impressions.
Mr. Ayyildiz further went on to emphasize that the training went beyond day-to-day activities and thus provided a deeper understanding of the subject matter. This enables the service team to provide their customers with the best possible advice and respond to individual needs.
“It makes sense for both, new and experienced employees, to take part in the training. I’m sure everyone will learn something new that will help in their daily work,” concluded Mr. Ayyildiz.
